BUILDMART は、オーダー収納と建材を軸に、住まいと店舗のための空間づくりを行う Design & Build Studio です。収納、キッチン、タイル、石材などの素材を起点に、空間計画から製作・施工までを一つの流れとして考えます。
BUILDMART is a Design & Build Studio for homes and businesses, centred on bespoke storage and materials. Starting with storage, kitchens, tiles and stone, we connect spatial planning, fabrication and construction as one process.
設計段階から寸法、納まり、取付順序、部材の関係を整理し、現場に届いた材料を精度よく組み立てられる状態まで整えます。職人不足と現場の複雑化が進む日本において、現場の負担と不確実性を減らし、施工の品質と効率を高めます。
By resolving dimensions, detailing, installation sequence and component relationships before work begins, we deliver materials ready to be assembled accurately on site. In a market facing labour shortages and increasing complexity, this reduces uncertainty while improving quality and efficiency.

BUILDMART が大切にするのは、環境のために言葉を足すことではなく、設計と施工の無駄を実際に減らすことです。部材の寸法、納まり、取付順序を事前に整理することで、現場での切断や手戻り、過剰な梱包や不要な移動を減らせるようにします。
For BUILDMART, sustainability begins with practical improvements rather than broad claims. By organising dimensions, detailing and installation sequence before work begins, we aim to reduce on-site cutting, rework, unnecessary packaging and avoidable movement.
現時点で大きな環境目標を掲げるのではなく、まずは材料ロス、手戻り、現場施工時間、梱包量、輸送量などを少しずつ記録し、設計と施工の仕組みを継続的に改善していきます。
Rather than making claims before the evidence exists, we will gradually record material loss, rework, site hours, packaging and transport, then use those observations to improve how we design and build.
